HOW TO PRESERVE FOOD IN VACUUM-SEALED JAR

1) Warm up the jar together with the content to be preserved in low heat. Ensure that the lid is open during the heating.
2) When it is heated up, switch off the heat source, close and lock the lid immediately. Store in a safe place or fridge for preservation.
3) To open, pull the release grip on the silicone rubber seal to allow air release into the jar.
4) Unlock the lid and serve your preserved content as desired.
